House Tour
The house is around 70 years old and is built in the local stone and was restored four years ago. It is located in the hills of the Serra da Lousã overlooking the Lousã valley.
The accommodation is on three floors and comprises of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, which opens onto a large terrace.
The house is suitable for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the Portuguese countryside. There are excellent restaurants in Lousã and the surrounding area. Although the house is only a few km from the town centre, a car is essential.
Due to the spiral staircase the property is not suitable for disabled or infirm visitors.

Kitchen
The top floor is one large room with a fully fitted kitchen and the lounge area. the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle.
Lounge
The lounge area has an open fireplace, sofas and chairs, and a dining table for up to six people. There is also a cd-radio and a small television.
Terrace
The lounge area opens onto the large terrace with magnificent views of the valley and the market town of Lousã. There is a table with a parasol and six chairs, and a built-in BBQ.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are located on the middle floor. One is a double, the other a twin.
Bathroom
On the same floor is the main bathroom which is newly fitted. There is a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is currently being used for storage. The second bathroom is located here and comprises of a shower, toilet and basin.
Garden
To the rear of the house is a small garden with orange, tangerine and peach trees.
